Louise started meditating about 10 years ago to help feel more connected to herself and improve her overall wellbeing. Having suffered from fear, anxiety and panic attacks for many years, meditation gave her the tools to regain control over her mental health and live a more heart centred life. Louise’s passion for meditation inspired her to teach others whilst being a mum to two teenagers and working part-time in the insurance industry.
